I was born in Agona Nyarkrom, but my roots trace back to Gomoa Adzentem, a small, often forgotten village tucked away in Gomoa East. I grew up between these two worlds—between the quiet resilience of my maternal village and the bustling, hopeful streets of Agona Swedru, my father’s land. But life was not always easy. I didn’t just walk those streets—I lived on them. I know what it feels like to be invisible, to hustle for survival, to sleep without certainty. And I know what it means to dream, even in the dark.
Those early years shaped my deepest values—compassion, perseverance, and purpose. I saw people, especially the youth, gifted and determined, but trapped by poverty and lack of opportunity. I saw women fighting silently to raise families. I saw children give up on school not because they lacked the will, but because they lacked support. And I made a promise to myself: if I ever rose, I would reach back.
I went on to pursue formal education, eventually earning a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, and a certificate in Cybersecurity, later advancing into International Law, Diplomacy, and Security. But no degree taught me more than the school of struggle. My greatest education came from lived experience—the streets, the communities, and the untold stories of people society often ignores.
In 2020, I began what would eventually become BB Humanity Foundation—starting from the ground up, literally. With no office, no funds, and no recognition, I began organizing youth-led farm projects, mentoring young people, and engaging women’s groups in remote communities. These efforts grew not from privilege, but from purpose.
After five years of consistent grassroots work, BB Humanity Foundation became formally registered on June 26, 2025, as a non-profit limited by guarantee. Today, it stands not just as an organization—but as a movement of empowerment, rooted in love, humility, and justice.
Our mission is bold but clear: empower youth, uplift communities, and transform lives. From inclusive agriculture and public health to climate action, gender advocacy, and sustainable tourism, we are building a Ghana where no one is left behind—especially those from villages like mine.
BB doesn’t just stand for my name—it stands for Bold Belief: belief in humanity, in transformation, and in the power of rising together.
The dream was born in the margins. The mission now walks in the open. And this is just the beginning.
